With our offices in Germany, Switzerland and the United States we provide comprehensive manufacturer support.
In addition, our worldwide network of experienced representatives ensure the first contact locally for the first level support in the related time zone. Our representatives normally stock a selection of instruments and important sensors for demonstration and back up purposes.

In many cases our agencies can quickly get your system functioning by module replacement or simple repair. For more complex issues, the instrument will be shipped to our plant in Germany for evaluation.
